Xenia Woltmann

Vice President
Wealth Manager

Xenia began her career in finance in 1997 after attending Wayne State University.  She quickly realized her desire to help others and soon advanced to becoming a licensed financial specialist.  After 20 years of strengthening her knowledge in wealth management, she was excited to join Rochester Wealth Strategies with an experienced and motivated team that is committed to putting clients and the community first.

Her most recent accomplishment was achieving the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor™ designation, allowing her to obtain a higher level of expertise in regards to taxation and advanced planning for high-net worth individuals.

Xenia is grateful for the relationships she builds, celebrating wins and sharing in trials.  She realizes that each client has a unique financial situation that requires an equally unique strategy to meet their goals.  She works hard to understand every aspect of her clients’ financial picture to ensure that they do not suffer unintended financial consequences.  Xenia specializes in creating strategies to help clients navigate through retirement, college, income, legacy, insurance, and tax planning.  As a top mentor in her field, she has received numerous awards for outstanding performance.  However, Xenia feels that her greatest achievements have been when clients finally achieve their objectives and the reassurance she has gained through client referrals.

Xenia is passionate about helping others, logging an average of 250 volunteer hours per year.  She is active with her church, proudly trained as a Stephen Minister.  Xenia believes that early childhood education is critical and that it is important to keep our young ones motivated.  She is the den leader for her son's Cub Scout pack and troop leader for her daughter's Girl Scout troop.  She understands the struggles that children face when growing up, and hopes to provide an extra pillar of support and guidance.

Xenia resides in Clinton Township with her husband, two children, and their loving pets.  Her children are involved in several sports and activities, but in her free time you will most likely find her spending time crafting, cooking, or creating science projects with her kids.  Her family also enjoys spending time at their cabin up north, which they visit year-round.
